The Wellgevita membership offers many choices of exercise and fitness plans. No matter what level of fitness or strength you’re starting out from. There’s a plan for every level including plans for pregnancy and losing baby weight after pregnancy. For people who may have injuries or disabilities there’s walking and stretching plans that will keep your body happy.
Wellgevita Fitness & Exercise Plans are divided into plans that are best done AT THE GYM or plans that can be followed AT HOME. Each plan will tell you what equipment you may need to have access to like dumbells, a yoga mat, exercise ball, etc.
