The Daily Stretching Routine
The daily stretching routine provides very well-defined warm up and stretching instructions to do as a DAILY home routine upon arising.
This important basic stretching routine spans the entire body and lasts for a total of 8-10 minutes. There are 16 stretches that you will hold for 30-45 seconds.
The goal is to get into the habit of doing these warm up and stretching movements for about 10 minutes each morning.
