At Home Intermediate Fitness Plan for Men & Women
Fat Loss Workout – 8 Week Plan
For people who do not have a gym membership, working out at home can be just as effective. This 8-week plan is recommended for men and women or couples who are healthy and conditioned but want to lose body fat and get in better shape.
This plan includes strength training workouts and cardio. Days of the week are split up based on the muscle group to be exercised.
This workout is not for people with physical restrictions such as knee or back injuries or other medical restrictions.
What You’ll Need to Follow this Plan
The Wellgevita App on your phone or on your computer. Your fitness regimen is delivered to your email inbox daily and is also delivered within the app on your device daily.
Dumbbells. At least one set of dumbbells to provide some resistance. Or, dumbbell set (optional). Having more than one set of dumbbells will allow you to progress in strength.
An exercise or yoga mat. As you'll be doing many exercises on the floor, a mat is ideal to ensure you are comfortable.
Your own body weight. Many of your exercises will simply use your own body weight to work up a sweat and build strength.
