Losing Pregnancy Fat – 8 Week Plan
Working out at home can be equally effective as working out at the gym when getting your body back in shape after giving birth. It has the bonus of staying close to your newborn at home while working out. This 8-week plan is designed to guide you through an effective fitness regime that will start gently and progress in intensity over the weeks. At the end of the 8 weeks you’ll be fit and strong and ready to progress to the next level of fitness.
This workout is not recommended for people with physical restrictions such as knee or back injuries or other medical restrictions.
What You’ll Need to Follow this Plan
The Wellgevita App on your phone or on your computer. Your fitness regimen is delivered to your email inbox daily and is also delivered within the app on your device daily.
Dumbbells. At least one set of dumbbells to provide some resistance. Or, dumbbell set (optional). Having more than one set of dumbbells will allow you to progress in strength.
An exercise or yoga mat. As you'll be doing many exercises on the floor, a mat is ideal to ensure you are comfortable.
Your own body weight. Many of your exercises will simply use your own body weight to work up a sweat and build strength.
