This exercise plan is for men over 50 who are experiencing a lack of energy, fatigue, loss of mental function, weight gain and low libido. This plan involves intermediate fitness training but can be done at home.
Exercise is particularly important to overcome the symptoms of lack of energy, fatigue, loss of mental function, weight gain and low libido, which often stem in part from being out of shape or overweight, or both. What You’ll Need to Follow this Plan

Dumbbells. At least one set of dumbbells to provide some resistance. Or, dumbbell set (optional). Having more than one set of dumbbells will allow you to progress in strength.
An exercise or yoga mat. As you'll be doing many exercises on the floor, a mat is ideal to ensure you are comfortable.
Your own body weight. Many of your exercises will simply use your own body weight to work up a sweat and build strength.
